Man is creative by born, so they need only to open the faculties that are to need to be improved. Education for what? If we judge the necessity of it, we must be agreed on of its positive aspects, but the neglected students in this region are in a problem. In Bangladesh or India, the education has become a merchandise as if it is a source of managing money. It is so unfortunate for the students of this region that they do not have the proper education in which they can help them to be a contestant on the worldwide acceptance. In our area, we have to observe many of educational institutions have structured like the shopping store, where it being very congested our students do not get sufficient space to move. These institutions that demand a handsome amount of money to teach their students who have no other choice to go for the education. On the contrary, these students usually do not have a skilled trainer to back them how one should educate for the competitive world. In most cases, the students get their certificate in return without having knowledgeable requirements.

Today, here and there in the pocket of the town, structure universities like the kindergartens, without sufficient facilities, taking no the necessaries, with a narrow room, as we knew a university is a huge building of structures nothing is present. How it get admit as a university, should it? The students who would come here for taking instrumental and inward investment, how they would be able to gather sufficiently. From my personal observation, I found most of the students who can't manage their moral or ethical training from the universities. It certainly subjects a shame that may lead us in a vacant of pure spirit. We know a university offers a beauty of education and knowledge so that one can be able to educate him/her as a complete structure of an ideal person, but the amenities they get here are totally against their future holding. Education is a stream of gaining spiritual human resource, so it should be an inseparable task to have future scholars.If the concerned authority of these regions takes an effort to manage such a misbehaves happened in the sector, it would be a good job for the students.

One of the studies reports that many of these educational institutions do not have experts teachers who can teach well. These teachers have no training previously for taking classes. Nonetheless, they get ill-paid as a salary, in this situation, how they manage themselves to teach the students properly as a full-time job. These institutions suffer much in various mismanagements, which prove that it is certainly a concern for this region.

The world civilization is going through a competitive balance where those who deprived gathering skills will remain in a risk of unemployment, in this point of view, the authorities should concern to take the steps that institutions must be accurate prevailing the modern and up to date education system.
